Your first step in joining our community will be to create an online account so that we can gain some general information about you.
Once you have entered your personal information, you will be able to view our schedule and read our instructor bios to find a class that best suits your needs. The only way to guarantee your seat is to sign up in advance by reserving a bike online. Click here to see our schedule for all available class times. You can sign up by clicking the “Reserve” button for your preferred bike.
It is important to arrive early to your first class so that our trained staff can assist you with a proper bike set up and answer any questions you may have about the studio.
Our pedals are specifically designed for SPD and Delta cycling shoes, which hold your feet securely on the bike and help maximize your pedal stroke efficiency. Our bikes cannot accommodate regular workout shoes. If you don’t have your own cycling shoes, we will gladly provide them for a $2 rental charge at the front desk.
Drinking the right amount of water at the right time is key to a successful spin class. You need water to stabilize your core temperature and replenish your fluids for muscle recovery. We recommend that you drink at least 8 fluid ounces of water 30 minutes before class and bring water to your first ride.
